A love affair of the sea inspired the writing of All Hands Lost by Darryn Carroll. Born and raised as the youngest of five in Auburndale (A village of Newton) Massachusetts, Darryn clocks his work time as an auto technician & wedding videographer, but his true love is spending time with his wife Linda, aboard their boat Sealilly.
A member of the Newton Yacht Club since 1999, serving as the 2008 NYC Commodore, and the Winthrop Yacht Club since 2010.
Webmaster for various web site's including NauticalTalk.com, the popular weekly nautical radio show hosted by friend Captain Lou.
